In July we also scooped the Business Moneyfacts Award for ‘Best Service from a Bridging Finance Provider.’ This is the fifth time MT Finance has won this award. We also came Highly Commended in the ‘Best Bridging Finance Provider 2020’ category.

We launched our lowest rate yet, with rates starting from 0.65% and LTVs up to 70%.
