In honour of the global International Women’s Day celebrations, MT Finance hosted a special team luncheon providing an opportunity to connect, reflect, and celebrate the incredible women of MT Finance, reaffirming our dedication to fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
As a proud signatory of the Women in Finance Charter (WiF), our commitment is ingrained in our corporate culture, and is reflected in our hiring practices, with over 50% of our staff being female. we are particularly focused on maintaining and expanding diversity across all levels of the organisation, including senior leadership roles.
Signing the WiF Charter in 2018 was a significant step for MT Finance, solidifying our pledge to promote gender balance and accelerate meaningful action. We will continue to ensure we create a workplace where everyone has equal opportunity to succeed, developing targeted initiatives that support professional growth, and career development.
